How this works
The total today is the sum of the amounts you entered. The community figure is its listed starting price, or the price you typed, plus any extra costs you entered. The page subtracts one from the other and shows both. It does not use averages or estimates from anywhere else, and it does not say that a move saves money or costs more. A starting price is where a range begins and may not be what you would pay. A price shown from a community carries its source and the date it was captured.
