You can search, compare and save places without an account. Care needs you enter into search, and anything you type into the planning guide, stay in your browser. They are not put in web addresses, logs or analytics.

We count simple things, such as pages viewed and searches run, by area and housing type only. There are no advertising cookies.

When you press the map button, we ask your browser for a location only then. Typing an address works instead; it is looked up by our server and not stored.
