How it works

You search by area and the kind of housing. Every fact on a community page says what it is, where it came from and when it was confirmed.

What the labels mean

• From the state record: taken from the state licensing record on the date shown.
• From the community's website: published by the community, captured on the date shown.
• Provided by the community: entered by the community itself.
• Confirmed by us: checked by this site on the date shown.

A place that does not meet a need you named is left out. A place where we do not yet have a dated fact appears in its own group, with the question to ask.
